Spring Rates?

I think I know the answer but want to be sure.

If I am looking to go from Eibach Pro-Kit Springs to Swift Spec-R, would the vertical travel of the spring be less with the higher spring rate Swift springs?

Thanks,

If the springs are the same height, then the one with a higher spring rate should provide more usable travel, and make the car sit slightly higher.

Has anyone compared Eibach with Swift this way?
