Hey everyone, i just installed v2 today and it ran great, than i decided to downlad procede reader, the newest firmware update, and the speed delimit map. just to make sure i had all the updated software. Well i installed according to the instructions, got the procede reader running, and unzipped the bin file for the firmware. When i went to update the firmware it erased the previous version and when it went to install the new version it said " firmware update unsuccesful, try again" now im stuck with no firmware and the car wont start....anyone please help. I thouhgt it might be my computer so i downlaoded everythhing with my gfs and the same thing. What am i doin wrong. I used radioshaccks usb on comm 4 it was working fine online up till i deleted the previous firmware. help please any info will help

Listen its the damn radio shack cable....Go to best buys and buy the Dynex cable...For some reason the Vista and the Radioshack cable is not compatible...Trust me on this because i went through the same problems as you...Vista sucks balls and so does the RS cable
