FS: BMW E90 E91 E92 E93 Seat Heating & Front PDC Switch

I have for sale a rare E9X seat heating and front PDC switch. I don't think that these are available new any more. Item is in good working condition and ideal for a seat heating retrofit.

$100.00 plus postage via bank transfer only.

Damn I only bought one of these a few weeks ago...

Do you know if heated seats are PNP?

I know one owner retrofitted heated m3 seats to his 335i but sadly the drivers side only works?

Sounds like a problem with the seat heating module for the passenger's side. Did he have heated seats beforehand?

No knowing how he has wired it, the seat heating on the passenger's side is controlled by the JBE and switches on the heating module. I am not sure if the M3 seats control the heating through the seat module.

He needs to read the retrofit thread.

Is the retrofit thread on the Australian forum or UK forum? (I've only read a thread on the UK forum)

I retrofitted my sports seats with it. Have a read through here:

From memory the JBE sends the signal to the passenger seat module. The wiring is straight forward.

Hey Guys, I am the guy DR J is referring to above that recently retrofitted E90 M3 LCI heated seats into a 2008 pre LCI E90 335 that did not have heated seats.

Everything was plug and play except for active head restraints (which probably did not exist in 2008 for a 335). I have nothing to plug into the active head restraint cable and my car does not throw any error codes as its not looking for active head restraints.

The passenger seat heater switch will light up however turns off after a few seconds on all three heat settings. VTL did his best with coding however could not get it 100%. Drivers seat is working 100%.

Warning - if sourcing seats from a crashed M3 and airbags have gone off, more than likely seat belt pre tensioners have as well. 335 seat belt pre tensioners are a direct swap, 1 bolt and 1 wiring connector to swap over and good to go.

M3 seats are super supportive, warmer in winter, comfy and adjustable - all the obvious stuff. A big lift for the interior of my car and highly recommended.

Photo is just before removal from the wrecked M3.
