Hey guys,

As much as it pains me, I'm selling my car. I bought it new in September 2009 in NH, and it has been amazing ever since. It is a very rare combination to find a 328 with xDrive, M-Sport, and a 6-speed manual trans. In my opinion, it is the perfect daily driver/commuter/road trip car.
I had the extended maintenance package for 6 years/100k. All service and maintenance work has been performed by BMW dealerships. I recently performed an oil change, brake fluid flush, new cabin filter, and have coolant/trans fluid which I will be doing prior to sale. The only parts I've had to replace during nearly 7 years of ownership were a MAF, O2 sensor, and drive/serpentine belt & tensioner. I've had the brakes, plugs, etc. replaced under the BMW ultimate maintenance program. I've filed 2 insurance claims for hit & run type of accidents: the first was a new fender/headlight from a side swipe, and the second was a rear quarter-panel repair from a construction barrel being blown into it. I have all service receipts and documentation.
As some of you know, I work on cars on the side, and I could honestly say my car is in the top 10% in overall condition from all the E90/E92s I see. This car has truly been a pleasure to own.

2009 BMW 328i xDrive Sedan - 97,500 miles (no longer my daily, so mileage won't be increasing much)
6-speed Manual Transmission (butter smooth)
M-Sport, Premium, and Cold Weather packages
Black Sapphire Metallic (paint is in great shape, 1 small door ding on each side which could be fixed with paintless dent removal)
Black Dakota Leather (no rips, tears, or bolster issues - just a little folding under the driver's seat)
BMS Powerbox Tune (really makes the N52 fun to drive)
OEM BMW Performance grilles
LUX V2 LCI angel eyes

I'll throw in a set of M6 replica winter wheels with Blizzaks for an extra $500 - these paired with xDrive make the car a TANK in the snow.

I'm interested-ish. I'm worried about the mileage. At that mileage (my 2010 328 had all kinds of problems at 80k miles) is there anything that will be needing replaced within the next year?


Pending anything else, I'll be talking to my bank tomorrow and CarSense (about how much I can sell the wife's car for) to see if I can do this.

The car has been rock solid. In in the next year, you'll probably just want to keep an eye on maintenance items like water pump/valve cover gasket, but neither show signs of wear or damage.
