Going to sell and need some input.


flat black with saddle brown interior 2009 335i twin turbo with about every upgrade possible. navi, sport package, heated seats etc

light weight rims-will give details when i fine receipt-about $5,000 at time of purchase.

modified Dinan stage 3 (approx 415 whp)

Dinan carbon fiber intake system
Dinan high perfomance Intercooler
Stage 3 chip
Dinan high capacity oil cooler



1 owner, one mechanic with all records. No accidents. Highway miles in florida (no snow/salt).

150k miles.

both turbos replaced within 2 years (sticking waste gate-turbos themselves didn't fail).

ac compressor replaced last year


lots of other standard replacements as expected.

The mileage will be the downfall. I honestly wouldn't expect a penny more than 15k for a car that's no longer under warranty and with such high mileage. Though to each and their own, it's really whatever someone will pay and how much of a rush you are to sell. Being that the car is Dinan there are people out there that will pay more because of the name. So, that may add some value to the price.

On a side note, when it comes to aftermarket parts such as wheels, generally speaking it doesn't add value to the car regardless of how much you paid. Unless in some cases what you have is super rare or 1 of 1. If you're trying to get some money back on your purchase consider parting out the wheels separately.

thank you for the reply.... i was thinking of asking 10 to move it quickly. Need to buy a new car.

the additional aftermarket stuff such as rims maybe doesn't add much value, but hopefully could be the difference between someone buying this car....versus another.

I could see it selling for 10 fast for sure, no question about that. There's another car on eBay right now with 70k asking $20,000.
You're absolutely right about the wheels it could definitely make a difference.
