What about the LCI bonnet and front bumper - will it fit with non-LCI headlights?

I have xenon on mine, I'd rather not buy new xenon headlights right now if they are not needed..

You'll need the front bumper, hood, and kidney grills. Headlights should be ok as-is.

You don't need the hood if you trim the kidneys. I've been running a pre-lci hood with lci front bumper on my e90 for a few year

No

LCI has different shaped headlights and bonnet.

You can not put an LCI bonnet onto a PRE LCI car with PRE LCI headlights.

I'm unsure about the bumpers.

EDIT: I'm unsure about e91, I was talking about e92 sorry

If you can't easily get a hold of the Lci kidneys then you can use the pre Lci ones just have to use some creativity to put them on. I used a thin wire and ran it through the pre lci kidneys grill clips they have on the back and wrapped around the bumper and inserts it has that are meant for the lci and tightened it so they don't wiggle around. It's an lci bumper but it fit my pre lci decently

That looks ghetto AF TBH. Do it right, or don't do it at all...

Well I think ghetto looks pretty darn good and not that noticeable only if someone is inspecting but to each their own. The whole thing came out a success IMO so im a happy spud, especially with the budget I had (:
