No, you will have a check engine light for the downpipes.

The check engine dont come in right away if i turn autoclear off and set it to map0 it takes 20min or around 10-15 miles so iwas hoping to do that within that period of time just not sure of the o'2s will get ready that quick

As long you will not have CEL you will be fine. I have catless DP and cobb stage 2 map and I pass emission test without problems.

Do you flash back to stock or do you just leave it in stage2 and go for test ?

I it was on stage 2 with catless dp and Dinan axle back free flow exhaust that is pretty loud. Emission guy is connecting obd cable to the car so as long you do not have any codes you're fine. As long as they will not place any sensor on the exhaust pipes on our cars we'll be fine. Let me know how the emission test goes.

if you flash the car, you need to let the ecu to re-check its emission systems. or else you will fail the emission test, just fyi. you might want to look up the details on this since I don't remember off the top of my head.

I believe Illinois allow for one of the monitors to "fail" or "incomplete". So if you can't get your cat readiness to come on due to your downpipe, but everything else is ok, you should be ok from my experience.

You used MHD or BB to flash? You can monitor the emission readiness through MHD app just FYI.
