Put on a new front bumper and a new Wagner intercooler. Car is definitely a bit faster with the new intercooler. That said not a great bang for buck mod on the intercooler.

What aftermarket bumper and where did you get it? I'm wanting to replace both front and rear bumpers on my m-sport. Thanks to the granny that owned the D before me, the bumpers are pretty banged up.

While FMIC may not be a huge noticeable gain it will keep temps way down and more consitent as well as flow better resulting in better mileage and lower overall engine temps. Looks Good!

Chief, is your car already an m sport? Not sure if you converted over or just replaced beat up nose. My bumper is beat up and I'm pondering changing it out to either another identical m sport or converting to M3 replica. Lots of tweaks to be done to convert over. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. Here is the list of changes
1) cut holes for headlight washers or pull fuse out and lose that function.
2) buy real M3 brake cooling ducts and need to cut them to keep oil cooler getting fresh air
3) code out fog lights ( the fogs look not so good on the replica ). If you just disconnect the lights, you get a light come up on the cluster.
4) lower engine tray to bumper connection? The m sport uses an OEM adapter to connect tray to msport bumper. I'm unsure how I will use or not use this adapter. I've found nothing on the net about the tray connection to m3 replica.

Your space gray m sport matches mine except for my badly scraped chin and lower ends. Can you pm me the after market m sport bumper source please. The mods **** out your words on this. I don't need shop name just the bumper vendor please. Thanks

BB... My car is a non-M. The bumper is M Tech. A few mods were made to the steel behind the bumper to make sure the parking sensors fit. The washers were never on my car. I need to double check to make sure all the ventilation to brakes etc is fully intact.

The m sports have different forward wheel well panels than non m. My OEM m sport didn't have the parking sensors. What company made your m tech panel please?
