06 325i n52 rough idle help?
As title states my n52 has a slight rough idle at park and neutral but if I give it the slightest gas it's completely gone runs and drives great any help would be appreciated.
(Idles at 600rpm rough but if I give it a tiny bit of gas and have it sitting at 700rpm idles very smooth and perfect) |

As a first step, find someone with a fault code reader to see if your engine is throwing any codes.

Nope. Those two issues are unrelated and fixing them isn't going to the rough idle that seems to plague higher mileage N52's. I have the same issue and could never solve it after replacing various parts. I've just accepted it because other than that, the car still runs fine so it's not detrimental to the car and/or it's performance.

Since you're selling it, try and see if cleaning the MAF and Vanos solenoids might help. Could be something as simple as a dirty MAF or sticky solenoids.

Just dmtl fault. And intelligent battery sensor. I'm almost thinking only way to fix the issue would be to have the idle adjusted or the software updates from what I've read.
