btw -- their 60' times aren't that good.

Weight reduction + track condition/temp + resolving the heat soak issue and you getting the above results :rocks:. My bro owns the '06 LS2 GTO with bolt-ons and 90lbs weight reduction (for now), and wants to get 200lbs without sacrificing the interior/exterior features. I tell you his GTO is fast.

all the bolt on cars and only one lists drag radials. They are certinly not getting those times with the stock BF Goodrich traction T/A all season tires with a hardness close to 400 or the stock Bridgestones......would not be surprised if alot of those times use mickey thompsons or other types of slicks.

Congrats on the excellent stock drag times for the 335. I don't own one, but I secretly lust for one.

The info posted about the LS2 GTO is right on. They're heavy, suffer from major heat soak (stroke!) issues, but when the conditions are right, they really move. Too bad they don't look as nice as the new 335, I'd keep mine forever if it did...

Does "X pipe" mean they added an X pipe when one did not exist before?

Correct. The stock exhaust has a single resonator that both pipes pass thru, so many will remove it and replace it with an "X" pipe.

15's in an elise. He must be the most shitty driver ever. I ran 14.98 on a stock 2000Celica GT-S 6 speed that has the same engine less 10hp and weighs 600 lbs more. It amazes me that someone who is that a bad of a driver gets to drive an elise around. The should have taken his car away form him. What a putz. Your bro should be in the 12's all day with his setup I would think. What shot was the nos? Was it a 50 shot?

You haven't been to the Moroso track (especially during the hot, humid nights of summer or fall) have you? Both times I've been there, stock Pontiac GTO's (6.0L) ran in the low 14's, while I ran 12.81sec. @ 110.52 (111.22mph highest trap). Yes, my bro has a 50 shot of NOS and an intake on his Elise, but it was his first time at the 1/4 mi. track with it, so I'm sure with a little more practice, he'd be running mid 12's.
