Need help...codes tune/advice

Hello everyone,
I am really puzzled with my D. This is the background info.
2011 335d m sport. 81k on it. Carbon never cleaned.
Jerek 2.5 ,meth, helix Intercooler, all deletes done.
The car was running great. Last week it started to shudder of idle like it was going to die. It was not running well at all. No codes or cel. Although it had pending:
1.Injection quantity monitoring quantity error correction over range 004674
2. Lambda probe heating 00447b
3.smoothness regulator cylinder 2 injector correction amount by adjusting range
004593
4. Unknown failure 003eed

These are via bmwhat app. I cleared it at first and then the exact pending codes came back on immediately.

I have a digital vent boost gauge that is setup with the aa Rodriguez egr delete. And the boost is really strange. It usually shows 1.4psi at idle. Now it shows 0 or 1.8 it fluctuates. And the max boost is 27 now instead 33-34psi. Not really sure if carbon can effect boost or I just have boost leak. When I did the glow plugs there was carbon build up. We got out what we could but did not go all out on it.

So, I can take the car to an Indy and hope they know what they are doing. Or go to the dealer and get a loaner. Kinda depressing. This car is like a crazy girlfriend. When it's going good it's awesome. But when it goes bad, it goes really really bad. Any advice?

I've taken some screen shots form ISTA/D for you, but will post them later.

-How long have you had your deleted set-up?
-How old is your battery?
-Have you played with your O2 sensor connections lately?
-Have you done any work on the vacuum system lately?
-Do you have any boost leaks?

Thanks for the response Yozh
The deletes were done 4 months ago.
Intercooler and meth has been on about a month.
The battery is original 2011
I did replace some hoses with silicone. And tightened down the Intercooler hoses which were not tight at all. I am going to search for leaks now. And check the 02 sensor connection now. Thanks again

Also, from what I have experienced and read, a 3EED code could be low battery voltage related or a sensor related. It is always displayed with some other code related to a sensor. In my case for example, it was together with a MAF code when it had starting to fail. In your case, it does point to the O2 sensor.
