Need Oil...

I was told by my dealer that because the engine is new, it'll need 1 quart of oil every so often.

Now, my dealer is about an hour away from me. Can I go to my local dealer get the oil and pour it in? Or do I have to go to the dealer that sold me the car?

Help would be appreciated.

You can go to any BMW dealership. It's covered under your warranty!

I think a better idea is if you try and talk to them first though.. Unless if you remain anonymous to BMW NA, your dealer will get you back
