Bad experience with ECS tuning

I ordered The ECS chargepipe kit for my 335i back in May. Got the package in decent speed. And while installing the kit, not only did the pipe not fit over the throttle body, the coupler that connects to the intercooler was a tiny 2.5" to 2" coupler. No where near the right size I needed. BUT, I understand mistakes happen, no biggie. Well I called them and they said they would make it right and send me the correct one. Well, 2 weeks go by with no coupler, So I email them and they tell me that it's not in stock and they will ship it out on June 17th. Needless to say, I still haven't received the coupler and no word or update from them.

Would like to order from them. But this has definitely got me looking at other vendors.

Hopefully they come thru. I suggest calling them. I have never had a problem with them but it's the bad situations and how they handle those that really matters.
