I installed the jb4 last night and I drove around for a bit then everything went to shit when my car entered limp mode. I ran the code and got 03FF any help? BTW my chargepipe isn't stock I have a evolution racewerks chargepipe.

Recheck everything and make sure you don't have a boost leak.

Just ran the car again, no codes, I'll get the occasional engine malfunction but it'll go away all on its own. Shifts seem choppy and boost doesn't come on as clean as it used to. Any other suggestions?

Make sure the jb4 is installed and set up correctly. Could have a loose connection

Connection is perfect, everything works now, car just isn't as smooth anymore. Also the tach is out of calibration while on the jb4 menu so I have no idea what map in selecting anymore... I tried following instructions found on the forums although it just reset my temperature and now it's saying its 122oF outside lol...

Post a CSV log of the issue to n54tech's support area and someone can help you check out what might be wrong with the setup.

after several mins of driving the car fixed everything itself, I still get an error on map one at WOT although this goes away shortly after I change the map.
