Daaaamn those filters are dirty boy. Get a recharge kit. It'll look nice afterwards. Yeah Mike is legit. I'm going to be placing an order through him pretty soon.

Haha, I was like you when I bought the recharge kit. You'll find out it's so easy you should have done it sooner. I had my recharge kit for almost a year before I decided doing it.
Here is a video I shot of me oiling the DCI. I didn't shoot the washing process but it's very easy as well. ONLY wash from the inside of the filter OUT. Do not shoot water in the filter from the outside. Think of it this way, it'll lodge the dirt in further if you do that. I also found that after spraying the cleaner, placing the intake under a bathroom faucet is the best/easiest way to wash every spec out. Try it out. Remember, water goes from the inside out only.
