Bmw Standard Tools install question from a no savvy guy

I'm sure I'm the only one who doesn't get where the 3 folders I am to delete are. And if I delete them then where are the 4 I should copy to my C drive?
Speak clearly and sloooooowly so I get this done before midnight. :mad0259
Also the E89 daten file download has failed 4 times. Any ideas?
