How's it going everyone I was just wondering what everyone thinks of the synapse charge pipe and bov kit? I'm thinking about picking it up just wanted to see what everyone thinks and if there may be a better option out there for the price?

I would go with HKS instead, Synapse reliability is not the best
Thats why some manufacturers stopped supporting it on BMW

Ok awesome thanks for the input. I've been going back and forth between the Hks and synapse. I like the way the synapse sounds but if they tend to not work well then 400-500$ is def not worth it. Any other chargepipes you'd recommend that fit an Hks bov?

Awesome thanks yeah still going back and forth. I'll wait another week or so to think about it then pull the trigger on one of those. How do you like the synapse setup and sound? Also are you running a tune? I'll be running a mhd.

It was on the car when I bought it so its all I really know. But it does sound good. Friend has a skyline and he says my BOV is louder. So if that is what you are after then it will do the job I suppose. And yes I am FBO, inlets, RB turbos, MHD.

Ok cool sounds like it will hold up well. I'm really not concerned about sound just making sure it will hold up to high boost but the sound would be a plus. Thank you for the input I appreciate it

I've been running the same synapse bov for 6 years now across a couple different cars and never had an issue with it.

Never been a fan of the hks sound
