NCS Expert help.

Hi Guys.

Admittedly I have no idea what I am doing with this coding stuff, but I was hoping to follow a walk through and get somewhere, have run into a snag fairly early.

Using a wedge performance install of NCS expert I have loaded the expert write profile, pressed f1 and then pressed f3, loaded E89 and it has given me a VIN faulty error.

I have removed the JB4 all together to remove that problem and have had no luck. here is the error log from NCS

Now some background info on the car in question..

It's a 2007 E90 335i auto, it has had the auto transmission removed, however the auto loom is still plugged into the harness (just not into the transmission itself), I don't think this would affect things, but it's just a note.

Also the engine has been swapped out for a 2008 135i MT engine, however I also don't think this would affect anything?

The DME is still the one from the auto car. as it will match the CAS module.

Any help would be appreciated, really keen on making this thing start.
