I'm selling my 2008 335i with Sports Package because I'm ready to upgrade to a 2013 or 2014 335i automatic. I recently changed jobs with a 100 mile commute round trip where I hit traffic daily, so I'm in need of an automatic! I love my manual transmission, but manuals suck when you're stuck in Atlanta traffic EVERYDAY for at least an hour!
My car currently has 115,592 miles on it BUT is still covered by my EXTENDED WARRANTY until 10/8/2019 or 142,262 miles. I made a few mods to make my baby look like an M3. It has both the M3 front and rear bumpers with quad exhaust, BMS dual cone intake, red air intake scoops, M racing pedals, M sport shift knob, cross drilled and slotted rotors, 19 inch wheels with wheel locks, M sport suspension, navigation system with traffic information, black Dakota leather, sport seats, comfort access, sunroof, xenon adaptive headlights, voice input system, usb/audio interface, rain sensing windshield wipers, red tow hook, and MORE! 320+ hp easily! All scheduled maintenance has always been performed due to my car always being under warranty. Walnut blasting was just done in February (not covered by warranty). I have all the records, it's always garaged, and in excellent condition. I also have a spare key as well. Looks & drives great! Mostly highway miles due to the new job. I went from working 14 miles round trip to 100 miles round trip! No accidents. Non-smoker. Well maintained. I will happily transfer my extended warranty over upon sale. I think the asking price is a bit too optimistic considering year/mileage.

Also, had my car still been stock, I would definitely be selling around that suggested price range. However, considering the price to mod the front bumper, rear bumper, intake and exhaust, plus still having a warranty, I feel a higher price is justified. Heck, a two year warranty alone is worth extra in my opinion.
