WTB: Looking for a 330xi or 328xi/335xi auto 06-10 under 85k. 8k-13k budget
(edited post to include and now more interested in a 2006 330xi)
Hey e90 friends. I am keeping my e93, but I need a solid daily driver for year round driving im Michigan. I sold my mini cooper S which was awesome to get into something a tad bigger. Ive looked at a few locally, found some decent cars out there, but I want to put it out on the board because an enthusiast car is generally well maintained. I may consider getting something with slightly higher mileage and getting myself a route66 warranty if the price is right. Let me know what you have. Leaning towards a n52 328/330 for simple maintenance costs. Not sure I want to maintain 2 turbo cars. 2006-2010 xi - AWD Under 85k miles automatic preferable Must have heated seats Would like sport package Would like logic7 but not a deal breaker (most 06s do I believe) Would love to find montego blue but color is what im probably most flexible on. blue/silver/white/black/ Let me know what you guys have. I would like to do something local if possible but I probably know everyone from MI here lol. Last edited by elite.; 07-01-2016 at 07:15 AM.. |

What do you guys think about going down to 2006? Im noticing the 06 has more standard features and also seems like a slightly better performing motor? I see one selling locally, opinions on this car?
Has sport seats, better sound (I dont think its HK sound but not base), xenon, adaptive cruise, heated seats. Decent? Found the VIN on his cars.com listing - WBAVD33566KV66256 https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...8521/overview/ http://detroit.craigslist.org/wyn/cto/5580099446.html Last edited by elite.; 05-12-2016 at 07:40 AM.. |

Elite- Not very close to you...Vermont. Would work with a buyer on shipping or meeting somewhere. I absolutely love the car and the only reason I am considering selling is to move into an E90 335i x-drive M-Sport

I have a 2006 330xi but it is 6MT. I'd let it go for $10,500, which is splitting the difference between trade-in and retail.
Highlights: 2nd owner, have had it since 2009 93k miles SGM Black Interior Sport Premium Premium Sound Cold Weather Nav There are three mods to the car: 35% Tint sides and back M-Sport Shift Knob (No SSK or anything) Koni Sport Adjustable Shocks - Right rear shock went bad so I replaced with an upgrade I am located in Pittsburgh, PA. If you're interested, shoot me a text and I can get you some pics. Seven.2.Four Eight.8.Two-4938 Only reason I am considering getting rid of it is because we have our first baby on the way in October. Last edited by DT Fan; 07-25-2016 at 05:25 PM.. |

Hello OP -
I haven't listed my car yet but planning to put an ad. very soon. I have an automatic AW e92 xi with Winter, Sports, and Premium package. It has currently 56500 miles and honestly never driven in winter but the price is a bit higher. Interior is black and currently sits on 19" Style 95 wheels with new tires. I also have a full set of style 189 wheels with tires on and comes with 2 key fobs. I have purchased Premium Member's Choice Mechanical Warranty (Premium), which I believe is the best in the business. I had the same warranty for my M5. The water pump was replaced by BMW Sterling, VA last year, which was gladly covered by the warranty. The car is up to date maintenance wise. I've owned this xi for year and a half now, selling it to move on to something different. The car is completely stock, no JB4 or tuning done. Feel free to PM if you have any questions. Good luck!
