Best SA at Steve Thomas/Rusnak TO?

My car has been overheating just driving around town in "D" and I'm wondering which Service Advisors are cool with coding/mods at either Steve Thomas BMW in Camarillo, or Rusnak in Thousand Oaks. I have some light coding done to the car, PPK and Alpina flash. Worst case scenario I can undo the Alpina, but I'd rather not. Especially since it's unrelated to my problem.

My car is CPO'd for one more year, so id rather just pay the deductible and get it taken care of at the dealership then try to fix myself. It doesn't look like a coolant issue as levels are good. I'm thinking thermostat or water pump. If anyone has any go to SA's and/or mechanics to see at either dealership, I'd greatly appreciate it!

I haven't had luck with him. Sent him a message like 2-3 weeks ago and hasn't responded

Maybe give him a call. He's pretty busy but he can always make things work.

As a follow up, it was the water pump as predicted. Car was dropped off at 8:50, got a nice loaner and car was finished by 3:00 pm. Paid my CPO deductible and I'm good to go! Excellent service by Robert (my third time seeing him, first having my car modified). No fuss over any of my mods/coding and I'm happy. =)
