It depends on the look you're going for. Those are custom wheels that come in a wide array of widths and offsets. Post some pics of the look you're trying to achieve and we will be able to help. As it stands, your question is too vague as wheel choice and selection are purely subjective. If you're only asking whether or not those specs will fit, the answer is yes.

I am trying to go for a more agressive stance where the it just sits flush but not too much poke. Sorry I am newb to the whole wheel fitment thing. Currently I have bbs chr's on with 19x8.5 et 32 and 19x9.5 et 35 and i am using 15 mm spacers. . Something like the picture would be perfect

Those are gonna be super weak offsets at that width. If you want aggressive you should go wider. Especially with it being custom built wheels. You don't want to build wheels THEN also have to run spacers. Do it right the 1st time.
Are you looking to stretch tires? Have negative camber? How low are you going? Will you be rolling your fenders? All are relevant questions when determining an offset for "aggressive" wheels. |

I just got my shipment in for my VSXX wheels. I would recommend going much more aggressive than what they recommended. I have 19x9 +26 A disc (F) and 19x10.5 +29 O disc (R) and fitment is on point in the front and rear. If you're going to be lowering the vehicle, you'll probably have to roll rear quarters and/or have a bit of negative camber.
