Good deal or not?

Hi Guys/Gals, I'm grateful I found this awesome forum. My wife and I are currently in the market for a 330i lease and this is the deal I am getting. Not sure if it is a good, decent or terrible deal so here goes...

2006 330i
Steptronic
Sports package
Mettallic Paint
Navigation system

$0 down
36 months
15k/yr
$599 month with taxes and bank fee all rolled in.

Does this sound like a good or bad deal? Supposedly the dealer tells me he is taking $1200 off MSRP.

I know next to nothing about leasing or financing. I am however, interested in the fact that you are currently driving a G45 which is a very niice vehicle and somewhat larger. Are you keeping it or turning it in?

I also drive the M45 SPort, Not G45.

We are keeping the M45 SPort. The 330i will be my wife's car.

From your data I estimate that your dealer is making approx $2000 above invoice - a little rich. If you can get them to go $1500 above invoice, your mo payments will go to approx $584. By the way, avg expected dealer profit for a 330i appears to be $1000 - 1500 above invoice. On the plus side, it looks like your dealer is using the published March captive lease rates and residuals for your lease (MF .00195; Residual 62%).
Good luck.
