So it sounds like the dynamic redline has been coded to work but do the shift lights in the bezel work as well?

The "shift lights" are getting information from the DCT transmission which all of you lack

If properly done then no effect. But it largely depends on your dealer because swapping out the clusters is a "grey" area since altering of the mileage is involved in one way or another.

Your steering wheel has its own control module that taps into the cars DCAN network (the blue cable under the glovebox).

I guess my point was that getting the info from the DCT isn't the only way, since my wheel does it. I know it's a different module, but that just means it should be plausible.

I have an M3 cluster in my car also, along with LED light change & LCD center panel changed from orange/black to blue/white

You can't get the shift lights to work unless you have a DCT tranny. Lights get a signal from DCT Tranny module which std auto do not have...

The guy that did my cluster (not Pat) was working on a piggyback module that would simulate the DCT signal - had it working, but cost more than he thought people would want to pay
