Mobil 1 0W-40 No Longer Meets BMW LL-01
Just heads up:
Seems like Mobil1 has reformulated their oil yet again. The 0W-40 European Engine oil has lost it's BMW LL-01 certification. If you can still find bottles that meet that spec on the stores, they are likely leftover from the old formulation.

Very old news. And at least according to Mobil, it didn't change its formulation, but rather BMW changed the LL-01 spec.
