For Sale: OEM 75k mile exhaust off an e92 2008 335xi MODIFIED to BMW's Performance Exhaust. $400 OBO

I purchased an OEM set off of someone local to me and decided to modify that to BMW's Performance Exhaust in my spare time.

I cut open the muffler, removed the "doll hair", removed the perforated section of pipe, and also removed the resonating chamber. I welded in "straight pipes" in their place and painted the welds with VHT black paint in order to protect them. After putting the doll hair back in I re-welded the covers back in place and sprayed those welds with VHT as well.

I cut off my OEM exhaust, and installed that PE Mod exhuast and added titanium tips. It's been absolutely awesome

. Definitely louder than stock but only when you lay into the throttle. I get compliments on how my car sounds pretty often. And I enjoy the fact that I did it myself and have all the catalytic converters in place.

Since I had my OEM exhaust lying around, I decided to also Modify this one to a Performance Exhaust as well. I repeated the process exactly once more and am offering it for sale. I will include pictures of the modification shortly and if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

I would prefer not to ship the exhaust due to it's weight but if a buyer is willing to cover that expense then I could look into shipping costs.
