LED fog resister placement?

I bought led fog light it comes with resister. I just installed them, but not sure where i should place the resistor?

The resistors will probably get pretty hot so I'd recommend NOT mounting them to anything that's plastic. Maybe the bumper support?

Yes it is pretty hot. I left it hanging like this, because I'm not too sure where to put it.

$107, i guess thats cheaper than getting a laptop, since the function is about the same.
Is it possible that i can just use one of those $10 eBay obd2 bluetooth connector?

I zipped tie mine to the bumper bar.

Nope you have to use the Carly adapter.

The second party adapters no longer work.
