I hope this thread gets bumped off the first page so I don't have to stare at the spelling mistake in the title very long.

"i before e, except after c"

Edit: I didn't think this all the way through, I just bumped it to the top. Rats

As it should in my opinion. Why is it that magically once their dirty laundry is aired out in a public forum, do refunds start appearing? If, as they claim, this was a supplier issue why was the customer not kept in the loop? That is a customer service issue.

Ok y'all (you like that - I used American / redneck Canadian for y'all)...stop it, please...for the love of all you consider bacon, stop. My brain twitches in weird and uncomfortable ways when I see this mistake and it keeps getting bumped.

btw, I was working with this one Canadian girl (may have been a transplant from the US, not sure), but she was absolutely convinced "y'all" was a proper word. If I recall correctly, she also thought "youse" was proper as well. It was equal parts amusing and yet sad at the same time.

Y'all is a word. Somewhat confusingly, it is actually singular. "All y'all" is the plural.
