There's a DIY on the forum on How to Setup INPA/Ediabas & NCS on a Window's 7 laptop. Which makes it even more simple than the older versions that required Windows XP and a lot of little tweaks to the laptop before, during, and after software install. Very time consuming.
Now i think there's a zip file download, that contains all the programs you need in one place. With a streamlined install making it even easier.
