Check the file size and the image size. The constraints are on the bottom where you upload.

i'm having the same problem. the pics are within the size requirements. comes up with an error message after i upload them.
i had a post here about the same problem, but for some reason it got deleted. i also got a PM from user "Moderator" that says that issue has been forwarded to the admins.

Shragon, try deleting your car from the garage entirely and reposting it there, you are having a unique error it looks like
