I thought that was just a normal shopping trip, I didn't know someone was filming it!
I'm that girl. I fucking hate people who buy water in bottles. I've given so many lectures about it (in the USA) I earned a golden bell to ring! (an epic game of thrones thingy going on there! ) Hippies especially here in Europe usually attack the wrong things and they have zero understanding of the bigger picture. With bottled water, it is very hard to find the good side in those.

Europe is severely deprived when it comes to energy, and our hippies ban nuclear power? Fine, I get its bad when things blow up (and I'm aware of the waste procedures as well as manufacturing procedures) , but as a daily source of energy, that's the environmentalist's choice! We want organic food, but we want it grown by illegal immigrants for free (slave labor) and then we all wonder in a polite manner how on earth Russia has a hold over us. I'm big on the green thinking. I do most of my environmental work while buying groceries but truly it's up to us all. Germany as a hightech manufacturing country doing it with gas from Russia and then limiting all really bad shit like nuclear plants is great for short sighted hippies. Us Finns go idiot over mining, since that's so damn bad... Fuck I fucking love the mining industry in the eu, it's a great way to take off the real environmental load that is done in the less restricting countries. My motto is fuck the shit that hits the news, try fixing the things your country and you can be without first. Then fix the attitude towards the "huge spenders" such as cars and focus on slave labor. /end of yet an other rant.

Hey I'd take a modern new reactor as a neighbor instead of Russia dependency any day.

In this context my post makes more sense, dont? Bummer... Aside from that and back to your comment. Yeah, that nuclear ban was the clever usage from our government after the Fukushima disaster, they had planned a long time ago to leave the nucs, but no clever idea to convince industry, citizens and so on. Since Tchernobyl there were no real close threat around us, until the day the reactor in Japan blows off to the best news time. From there it was a very close and easy step to insist the last actions to take the opportunity to get out of the nuc-power. The anti-nuc fraction was happy and also lots of green powered other people but at least no one has had at that time probably a real clue whats after this. At least I dont care if my gas is coming from russia or via long cable from the waterpower plants into Sweden. Energy is a global theme and as long as China is producing lots of emissions, old cars which never would ever get a re-release into some countries are further driven into Africa and the Oil consumption makes an annual calculation of the overall capacities in the world necessary...what should I say? Get off my lawn? No, but those are big problems no one would solve within the next 4 or 8 years.

There is no way I need to save the globe for my grandchildren since I have made sure my boys will stay away from women all eternity. As for the rest: I don't like nuclear power, but it is a safe method to produce energy in an area like the northern half of Europe is (my brain froze, I can't remember the word right now but no earth quakes, no volcanos, and so on) and not in the hands of mad men. It is a forgotten fact that what happened in Chernobyl wasn't exactly an accident. I'm okay with sweden and norway supplying us all energy, it's most of the other opec countries i have issues with. Seriously, I could go on and on amd on ranting about this. I bore even myself to tears frequently.

Oh come on people!! I couldn't have killed this thread this fast!!
Okay, global warming, the good shit! 1. Bikini season is longer everywhere (in finland it was zero days this year since I at least refuse to wear clothes when it's not mandatory.) 2. Someone will figure out Priuses suck balls. 3. Men tend to tan well. 4. I had nothing to say. 5. Fishing gets harder and I'll finally have a reason to suck at it besides sucking at it. 6. Green car drivers will look better. I'm talking about paint, not the hybrids. 7. Men with small equipment will be considered energy preserving options. (I'm trying here really hard, but ) guys what can you live without?
