High Idle at Start-Up with S/T
Has anybody seen high idle speeds when you first start with a S/T setup? Immediately after I start my car up first thing in the morning the idle speed shoots up to 1500RPM and calms down to 700RPM after about 30 seconds. I hear things screaming in pain and definitely don't want to leave it like this forever.

I could have swore I had that unticked but I'll go double-check. It's also doing weird things with the throttle. I had the flash set to do linear throttle but at 20% pedal it was registering 80% throttle in a log I took earlier today.

check for basic shit like a vacuum leak. If it's not that I'm willing to bet one of your O2 sensors is loose or about to die. the ADV sensors are worth their weight in gold for ST

The car just had tons of surgery so I definitely can't rule out a vacuum leak, though once it starts the idle returns to normal. It pulsates when you first start it so I was assuming it might be ST related. The lambda sensors haven't been switched out in quite a long time so those could definitely be suspect. Thank you for the leads!
