T.A.U.R.U.S. vs. 335i
So, in highschool i drove a 1995 White Taurus. My friends would always give me shit about it and we would always joke about making a ricer out of it. One day in math class my friend and I were joking around and dubbed my T.A.U.R.U.S. "The Asian Ultimate Rice Utility Shuttle" and eventually had a sweet license plate frame made for it.
It has always been a running joke for us and now here I am at age 24 with my brand new 2008 335i and I am starting to wish I purchased a new Taurus instead. Luckily, i was able to find this on ebay so my problems have been solved! http://cgi.ebay.com/FORD-TAURUS-BADG...QQcmdZViewItem All I need to do is find my old license plate frame and rebadge the car! Maybe one day i'll upgrade to the Crown Vic (7 series) |

Yo, that would be awesome. I want one of those too, Can you imagine it? You will be satisfying the American muscle car fans and the European autobahn racers! Not to mention the Japanese drifters! Shieettt, I need to get myself on some decals, not to mention they and fucking 5+ hp each. Mines going to say BMW Supra Mustang with the 5.0 badge on the side

Hahaha, I should have named this thread the "Ways to make your $50,000 car look like a $25,000 car for under $5!!!!" Can someone move this thread to the exterior mod's section?

I enjoy making my 50k car look 15k, sorry to burst anyone's bubble that BMW is a luxury brand. 50k is really nothing consider a 40 year old house in compton is half a million. Holler

Haha, in High School I used to drive a 1992 Caprice (this was 2004). We dubbed it the Black'N'Blue Barge because it had been in a couple of accidents and the drunken idiots at the Body Shop painted a couple of doors and a fender black when the car was dark blue That beast had 872,000KM on the clock but still ran until the day I got rid of it. Started it's life as a Detectives Car with the Ontario Provincial Police (so it had cop performance package, but wasn't beat to shit or drilled for that matter). It was then subsequently run for several years by my dad as a Taxi before being handed down to me.
Revving up that 5.7L (Police pack) engine literally made the ground shake underneath the ricers beside me That car was a POS but I still miss it. It is, after all, the car I learned how to drive on. Off the top of my head I can think of the following things that were wrong with it: Ran on Propane (can't find that shit for cars anywhere anymore), missing half the exhaust system (loud as fuck), rust all over the place, aforementioned two-tone paint job, HVAC barely worked, rattled like a mofo, only had a tapedeck (which didn't work), wouldn't start in the cold weather, ZERO traction (which was fun for donuts, heh) and probably a million other things I can't think of. In some ways, I preferred that car to the Bimmer. I didn't give a shit what happened to that car so I could park wherever the hell I wanted or tear it up in a parking lot or whatever.
