Do all six have decoupling rings? Or, 'just' the three new/unused ones? Put another way, will I able able to remove all six piezos from their sleeves and install them without having to take any addtl. steps (IE addtl. decouplers, re-seating the injector seals, etc).

Pending your answer, i'll take these. Cyl. 6 started throwing injector signal codes last week and they're all index 9 so need to be replaced. PM me!
