A convertible SUV?? Kind of like the old broncos or jeeps? That actually sounds like a niche to exploit and BMW is all about the niche market! An x3 with no roof, roll bars, and a pick up bed? Someone should autocad that up for us. Talk about ///M sacrilege though, a top less BMW pickup truck?? Of course they did make one out of an M3 to use as a shop truck for the M group and to spoof the press. I'll bet if they made it someone would buy it!
