Zero boost, no codes, no smoke... wtf!?
I'm stumped. Tried searching three different forums and can't find anything specific.
Procede shows -4.8psi under load. Checked ic pipes and found no leaks or cracks. Discovered that the rear DV is leaking but that shouldn't cause a zero boost situation, should it? Driving the car it has absolutely no power and the soft rubber ic hose just before the charge pipe shown in the attached picture collapses under load, even just revving the engine. Found oil in the intercooler, thought that maybe one of the turbos was blown but there's no smoke. Car has procede rev3 v5, running the 9-10 aggressive E85 stage 1 map and dci. New vanos, new hpfp, new lpfs, new plugs, new coils. Worst part is that I am getting zero codes for anything. Idles around 650rpm and has a very slight stumble. I'm stumped. |

If you already know the rear DV is leaking, that's a good place to start. I had a vacuum leak once resulting in a max boost of 5 psi on an 18psi tune and also had no codes or smoke. Plugged a vacuum line in that had fallen off and all was back to normal.

I've traced pretty much all of the vacuum lines and nothing really seems to be off. I'm sure the zero boost is a wg/vac issue but what about this hose collapsing as soon as I hit the gas?

With a JB4 if you set map 10 and 11 to zero it won't boost or boost minimally. Not sure if the proceed has those options or not. Another possibility is the boost solenoids.
