Which e92 front bumper?

So for the second time in a year I've encountered a high speed bird strike. First time round it smashed my kidney grills and the clips holding them in place, last week a bird went into the lower grille smashing that and the clips holding it.

Looking for a new bumper now but wanted ideas as to which to go for? Straight swap for a standard M Sport one or is there an aftermarket one which fits well and looks good?

1M bumpers look great on the E92.

There's a guy on the Facebook groups who makes them and seems to get a lot of good reviews...

Mines a pre-lci so an LCI won't fit as far as I'm aware unfortunately!
