Correct. You want 255/30.

It would be extremely close without a roll. It'll boil down to your tire choice. My 10" +24 with 265 is extremely close but doesn't rub (I have not rolled the fenders or dialed in more negative camber). Your wheel offset will push the wheel out 4mm further than mine however your tire width is 5mm narrower on each edge of the sidewall. Be mindful of the tire you choose and check it's specs against other like-sized tires for actual width.
