Anyone ordered headlights like this?

Wanted to upgrade to Angel Eyes and price is so good, but have anyone ordered similar price headlights (there are 4 different types for same $189 price) from ebay and had positive experience?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fits-Black-0...its=Make%3ABMW

or should I avoid them?

Aftermarket headlights don't seem to work that well..
Get some custom ones done on your car if you want that look.

You get what you pay for. Just a quick FYI, ONE Phillips D1S bulb goes between $60 and $100. Those ebay headlights are only good for filling up landfills.

Total failure when you are driving at night. Burn out and possibly catch fire, which HAS happened. The list is long..

They been selling these headlights for years.. Why would you want headlights that look cheap as fuck. This is the type of shit you will typically see on a late model Civic.

I agree some of them look cheap, but are all aftermarket headlights like that? What about DEPO ones? Honestly it's just paying $1000+ for a lci headlights is way too steep imho for something bmw should have done in the first place. I still don't understand why bmw didn't put AEs in halogens? I can live with halogens, I dont't need/want adaptive xenons but I am looking for upgrade purely for AEs

I've seen LCI halogens sell for $250 so you can definitely find a pair for under $500. Just gotta be patient and wait for them to pop up in classifieds. Also look on craigslist and ebay.

Ok so I found Valeo LCI Halogens brand new online for $226 each or $452 for a set. Will I be able to install a LUX V2 LED bulbs to make AEs brighter and whiter? Is consensus pretty much that this OEM look is best option right?

Yes, you can definitely install LUx v2 for Halos. I got Valeo Halos on my e91 LCI. AEs looks brighter, but still looking for some Phillips bulbs for instance. Not sure yet.
