No BMW at San Diego Auto Show?
So the San Diego Auto Show is coming this weekend. I was looking through the list of exhibitors and noted that BMW is not listed. Really? I've been going to this show for many years and this is the first time I've seen that BMW is not listed. Wow, I know this isn't a big event like some of the other shows but to not even attend? Guess I'll just check out the new Camaro 1LE and maybe the new Corvette Grand Sport.

BMW only supports the main shows like Detroit, NY, and LA. Any other shows are participated by the local dealers only and all the costs including car inventory for display are covered by them. I have three large BMW dealers around me and we have no BMW presence at our show since they do not get along with each other.

BMW has always had a display at the SD auto show. This is the first time recall them not attending. Ill be there tomorrow anyway since I kinda already know all about BMWs anyways, nice to experience all the others.

OP, I find it hard to believe that BMW won't be at the SD Auto Show at all. They always have a big presence in Seattle and SD isn't too much smaller of a metropolis, so I'd expect them there too in some capacity. |

Attended the autoshow. There were some M cars (M3, M4, X6M) from private owners promoting products such as sound system, auto wraps; but no San Diego dealerships to represent BMW. Weak!

I have been to Detroit and Chicago multiple times and past those and a couple of other big national shows I can't see a reason to bother (basically the same thing BMW decided when considering San Diego). Mostly like stopping by and walking the dealers lot and with many dealers located near each other now not to hard to do an anytime I want.
