retrofit lci xenon + adaptive headlights
On a 2007 pre-lci E90 which has adaptive xenon with a retrofitted frm3 module.
Wants to install lci adaptive xenon headlights. Does it need any wiring modification on the plug of the headlights? How to properly connect the 3 leds of the headlight? Is there any specific coding to do this retrofit? |

I looked into this a little while ago. There are a few threads on it if you do some searching. Definitely coding is needed, minor wiring changes may be needed as well.

Don't know where the guy above me got his info but I did the swap and it was plug and play.
The three corner leds didn't light up but I preferred it that way, so no issues there for me personally. |
