Mod user friendly in New York City

hi,
Does any one know which dealers is mod friendly in NYC? I live in Brooklyn. I know Bayside and Manhattan are the worst. I am thinking to go Freeport or Rallye. Any SA recommended there? I have a bad wastegate rattle. My car is FBO. I am planning to take out JB4 and DCI. I don't want to remove the charge pipe, down pipe and intercooler which is too much trouble for me. May I ask if it is ok without taking out the dp to dealers? Please PM me the name of SA if possilbe.

Raylle bmw that's where I go. Never had a issue yet. I only deal with one rep there cool dude. Haven't been there since October so his name slipped my mine but I'll check my voicemail and see if his messages are still there
