Dinan Suspension questions

I had the Dinan S1 package installed which include full suspension. It's been about 2-3 yrs and now I've noticed my front bumper is lower. I even had my bumper pulled by the cement barriers in a parking lot. Never had an issue before 6 months ago. Also the rear kinda sound like it rubs. Not sure if it's rubbing or it's the sound of the suspension hitting when I hit a bump. Any ideas???

Are your shocks/ struts still good? 2-3 years maybe time to get new ones
