335 vs 328 caliper size

Does anyone have a side by side comparison of the 335 and 328 REAR brake calipers? I have the 335 front calipers I am putting on my 328 and there is a huge size difference, but what about the rear? I have the 335 front and rear rotors which are approx 30mm difference in size, does that directly relate to the rear calipers?

Don't know about sizes but there are plenty of threads on said topic. Just search.

But here is your TLDR version: If you have 330 or 328xi you can make 335 calipers fit. If you have RWD 328, you will lose your handbrake unless you modify it or swap out pretty much everything in the back.

I have searched and searched for a direct comparison to no avail. Seems most just leave the rear alone or go with a true BBK. I know from reading that the 335 will bolt on the 328 (I have AWD) but what I don't want to do is buy 335 rears and find they are the same.

I have ordered 335 rotors front and back, I guess I'll see if what I have fits those rotors, if not the 335 must be bigger.

Disks are larger. You will need new calipers as well.

Per my quick 10 sec search:
Rear 335i disks are 336x22mm
328 are 300x22

Is the carrier the same on both?

Thanks for the help. I found this chart created by a gentleman "Hyper"which shows dimensions of the different model calipers.

Not worth the effort.

For him is easy. Buy new disks, pads, calipers, and bleed the breaks. Everything else fits. If his current breaks are in need of replacement, then he would've spent money on disks and pads anyways. The additional cost are calipers, and they are fairly cheap - $50-$150 on car-part.

Okay.
Replacing the rears on a 335 with anything can be involved.

I sold a whole 335 kit for $150 about seven months ago.
I'm running F30.

Bingo. That's where I am so thought I would upgrade a little since it's fairly cheap and easy, plus I just got some new wheels that show a lot more.
