Is this why my USB and aux arnt working???

Hey guys my usb isn't getting power. After using Ista to help diagnose I got it says the Bluetooth is "not active". It shows that there are no codes In the module and says it's working from what I can tell.

I believe that status is a "current" status. Meaning Bluetooth isn't in use at the moment your reading the state.

What year & model are you?
