Have a old Vishnu Proceed(2a) that does not vin lock to the car so can be transferred to other cars without having to pay Vishnu to unlock it for use in the next vehicle.

For pricing I am comparing against what others are advertising and their asking prices. It seems all I can find are adds in the USA, so to keep it simple for now let’s use the USA dollar....Try and make an offer?
