HELP! Replaced injectors now no rail pressure!
Hey guys
Have any of you run into this? I replaced and swapped around some injectors...coded for each of the injectors correctly, reset adaptations, buttoned it all back up and now I have no rail pressure and obviously cant get it to start at all Any suggestions appreciated. |

Id delete the thread but I cant figure out how...
So the car sat for a week waiting for injector testing and a new injector.... but it was in my garage...which rarely if ever gets below 32 degrees.... The car would not turn over...nor would ANY fuel get to the fuel rail.... we checked the joint by the drivers feet, there was fuel there...didnt know where it was stopped up. My friend gave up cuz he had to go, so I put a ceramic heater on the area under the front of the intake manifold (high pressure pump) and let it set there for 30 min while i recharged the battery. I went out there...let it crank a bit..and it seemed to crank harder and faster (may just have been the battery) and then all of a sudden...Boom...running. I have no idea what changed....was there some gelling in/around the pump? Maybe...was there some air in the lines...maybe...I honestly have no idea what changed...but somehow whatever it was cleared and its running again....like it should. |
Appreciate
