Need advice on how to fix body roll etc
Hi guys , I did do some searching but couldn't find exactly my answer I'm looking for.
I took the car for a good drive yesterday and felt that around corners etc the body and suspension felt disconected as in when going from left to right the rear and and front end felt floaty and not planeted to the road as I would like.. I felt like my confidence in the corner was weak if I hit a bump etc... I have a 2009 335i coupe FBO.. KW 1 coils not slammed but near stock height in the rear and lower than stock in the front. No other suspension mods . I'm would like your advice on what can help with this. I plan on lowering the car once spring hits. Oh this was on winters but my summer set of Michelin pss ... I still felt the body sway with them on too. My ride is already pretty bumpy with the KW1 but I'm ok with it as long as when I go left to right to left the car feels more stiff and less disconected. |

Winter tires have very soft sidewalls, probably made it seem worse that it really is. Next steps would be poly subframe bushings, M3 front control arms, upgraded front sway bar, LSD, upgraded rear swaybar. But first I would see how the pss feel in spring.
