Great Customer Service from Apex Wheels
Lots of companies can provide great service on the front end of a purchase. And Apex Wheels is one of them. They were able to answer all of my questions, and help select wheels and tires. But the real measure of a company is how they respond when something goes not quite right.
I purchased TPMS from Apex so the stems would color-match the wheels (I bought the ARC-8 wheels from a different vendor because of a sale). After the TMPS and tires were installed, I started getting a TPMS failure warning. After a fair bit of research on my part, I determined that Apex had the wrong sensor listed for my car on their website; they had one listed for an F30. I contacted APEX to let them know about my problem. Within 24 hours they let me know they were looking into it. And within 48 hours of my initial contact they sent me an email to let me know they were sending me the correct sensors. After I got the correct sensors installed, the error message went away. Apex paid for the return shipping on the incorrect sensors. Apex also refunded the cost of installing the correct sensors without me asking for it. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with Apex Wheels. |
