Rebuilding/Powder Coating 335d MSport Brakes ?

I picked up a Lemans Blue 2011 335d with the MSport package. The car looks great except the rotors and calipers are rusted to heck. I want to dissemble the calipers, powder coat them, and then rebuild all 4. Any one know of any good rebuild kits? Any good procedures on dissembling them? I have done Cobra PBR brakes just not 335d brakes.

Also what color would you powder coat the calipers on a Lemans Blue 335d with MSport wheels. Don't know if I should do flashy or something like Alien Silver with the M Sticker and Clear over it.

This is what the Alien Silver looks like.

Are you sure it's not just the anti-squeal clip that's rusted? It would cover up most of the powdercoating work you'd be doing anyways.

On the fronts you are correct it is just the clips. On the back it is a big chunk of the caliper. So if I have to take the back off to do them and I want the front to match then I need to do the fronts also.

If you go to realoem.com and enter your VIN, you should be able to find the part numbers for the OEM rebuild kits under the brakes section.

Parts.com normally has about the best prices once you have the part numbers.
